Prepare All 12 Email Accounts

1. Go to https://myaccount.google.com
2. Click "Security" in left sidebar
3. Find "2-Step Verification"
4. Click "Get Started"
5. Follow prompts using your phone number
6. Verify it's enabled (should show "On")

1. In Security, scroll to "App passwords"
2. Click "App passwords"
3. Select app: "Mail"
4. Select device: "Other (Custom name)"
5. Type: "Smartlead"
6. Click "Generate"
7. COPY: ________________ (paste here)
8. Store safely - you cannot retrieve this later

1. Open Gmail (this account)
2. Click Settings gear (top right)
3. Click "See all settings"
4. Click "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab
5. IMAP access: Select "Enable IMAP"
6. Scroll down
7. Click "Save Changes"

Send test email from this account to yourself
Reply to verify send/receive works
