Sign up and select the right plan.
Click: "Get Started Free" (top right)

Choose Pro or Custom - you need 12 email accounts. Free and Basic only allow 3-10 accounts.
You should now see the Smartlead dashboard with these menu items in the left sidebar:

Connect 12 Email Accounts
CRITICAL STEP - Follow exactly to avoid spam.
Before adding to Smartlead:
- Log into Google Account Settings
- Enable 2-Factor Authentication
- Generate App Password (16 characters)
- Save the app password
- Enable IMAP in Gmail settings
